While the Woodlands (and other parts of town in North Houston) are doing better than most of the country real estate wise, there are still a TON of houses sitting on the market there. I would say the flooring business has the potential to turn around faster since the real estate market will probably turn around faster than most of the economy (especially with some of the sub 4.5% financing out there) AND there are a ton of remodels right now as people with money and jobs aren't willing to buy new right now because they are scared, but are willing to remodel.

I agree. There're a GLUT of homes on the market in The Woodlands.
