anyone knows whats going up there? I'm actually surprised theres lots of development in this section, what I call the most dead part of westheimer, primarily because of the cemetery. This might change soon i guess

I haven't been out that way in a while to even know there was any new construction going on. Does it look more like a residential building or another strip center?

It's Disneyland.

Except this time Disneyland looks like a strip mall.

There's some nicer "Villa" type things that have been behind the undeveloped land for a few years now. Maybe they are adding more? I do think there is some demand for Garden Home/ Nicer townhomes for the Corridor and West Houston in General........but Synott is known to have some pretty heavy apartment problems if I remember right.

I'm not 100% sure but I think they are more of the same "luxury apartments" that are in the next section. From the layout of the concrete already poured it looks to be the same.
