Default Cinco Ranch an option?

As I have said before my husband works in Sugarland near 59 & 90 and I work near I-10 & BW 8. I have got some great feedback for the Sugarland and Mo City commutes, but what about Cinco. Would that be a good place "in the middle" for him to go to his way and me to go my way. A good communte in my opinion is about 30 minutes or less.

We do not want to be to far away from Houston inner loop. I am not sure which is further out...Sienna, Cinco, or Nt....?

Hmmmmm

I think it would be a really easy commute for both of you.

Cinco Ranch in Katy would be just fine, because your husband can take 99 south to Sugarland through Richmond, and you can take the Westpark toll to the beltway.

My wife works in Sugarland and hates the drive from Katy(I don't think it's all that bad IMHO), Cinco should work just fine for the both of you guys, although Westchase area would be a better location.

Keep in mine they will be doing some work(expanding the lanes) on the Grand Parkway in the years to come.
