Default Katy: Green Trails? NOttingham Country? Kelliwood?

Hi, I would love some info/insight into these neighborhoods and the schools they are zoned to. I am looking in the low 300's. Pros and cons of each?
Thanks!

Katy ISD schools (Taylor HS.), all three neighborhoods are very nice and built out with lots of large mature trees(good for investment), that should help so you don't have to worry about the uncertainty of todays economy. Kelliwood is the nicest of them all, but Green trails offers the best commute/ traffic route into Houston.

I would rate them
1. Kelliwood
2.Green Trails
3.Nottingham

You can't go wrong with either one of these establish communities

BTW; I think Yao Ming lives in Kelliwood
