NO. Ya think?? If I drove from downtown to middle of The Woodlands up into the driveway, side by side with another resident, my commute would be 80 minutes and theirs would be the Urban Legendary 45 minutes.

Well, people here have said the Golden Triangle is 30 minutes away. I think all the bases have been covered.

A rough estimate is 2 minutes per mile + however long it takes to get to get out of the office parking lot. Find the mileage on Google Maps but you may have to customize your route a bit, because it can send you through the busiest part of town (i.e. 59).

They didn't necessarily specify if they were referring to Houston or Louisiana when they said "30 minutes away."
