Default The Woodlands it is

Accepted a job in Houston, and now I have locked down a one year lease. I will be a resident of The Woodlands, living in Grogans Mill. Anyone have any input on the area. I sort of had to lease it based on photos only, no time or expense to fly and look for homes. I am excited though.

Ah - well it won't be too bad. I was assuming you were working in the core of town!

Nope, I tried to account for traffic wherever I looked. I will still have a commute, but I have a 40 minute one here in Michigan, so I figured that was acceptable. Plus, I got 500 sq ft more house for 150.00 less money, and a buyer made an offer on my home here yesterday. Things are lining up.

That was a smart move. Maybe traffic wouldn't be so bad if more people thought like you.

I love Grogans Mill as well as Panther Creek and Indian Springs. Many people in Grogans Mill are nature lovers. Hope you like it. Welcome to The Woodlands!

Texans don't put "the" before the name of a road.

Welcome to Houston!
