The best radio in Houston is 90.9 and 102.1 Jazz and R&B. Everything else is noise, ohh 97.5 ESPN is cool especially after 3 o clock.

They really need to do away with the telecommunications act. It really changed radio for the worse. Certain large companies such as Clear Channel and Radio One are the culprit and it's stupid.

yeah, I'm tired of 97.9. It's sad when you can predict what song is going to come on next and actually get it right.....

Sounds like some things never change. We used to listen to 97.9 in the shop I used to work at (in '03-04) and you could hear the same set of songs repeated 4 or 5 times in a 9 hour timeframe.

I do have to give 97.9 credit for playing local Houston artists. 104.9 and then 93.3 never did this. They played reggaetone crap. I still love The Box, but they need some competition.

and you can blame this on the post I put on post number 13. That was clearly a mistake by Bill Clinton if they do not at least revise it a bit.

By the way, it's only Brit 95.7 for today because her (Britney Spears) concert is tonight at the Toyota Center.
