I am just a little excited, my husband will be flying to Houston May 25th and I will be following July 1st.

Got loads to do here with clearing and sorting out the house. between him leaving and me joining him the furniture has to be shipped, so has the cat. I am still looking for a relocation place that will pick him up from home, but in Ireland that is proving difficult it would be fine if I was in the UK but Ireland is not so good.

I will be left at home with just a sofa bed and my lap top ...hahaha as we have been told the shipping of the furniture will take 6 to 8 weeks..

Ah well back to the cupboard clearing...... its shocking how much you can accumulate in 6 and half years...

Are you still moving to Katy? I remember you looking into WLN, but never followed up to see where you decided to land once you arrived. Congrats on the move, get ready for some weather shock...Ireland to Houston in July, that is going to be a complete 180.

No doubt! 'Coming from Ireland, you may find it oppressive.
