Default Looking for a gym

I am looking for a gym that offers yoga, babysitting, spinning classes and possibly a basketball court (for the hubby). I really don't want to spend a ton (more than $100 a month)...any suggestions???

Oh Sugar Land and Katy areas preferably.

Thanks!!

Try the YMCA...they have it all....Membership rates are based on income and I can your monthly dues will be less that $100. Plus, they are very family oriented and you will quickly become part of their family as well. Much more personal that a box-type gym. There are YMCA's in both Sugarland and Katy...I think the Katy YMCA just opened a awesome new family pool...including spray park. You should check it out...go for a tour.

lacyandian is on a distinguished road
I am a member of the YMCA in Richmond/Rosenberg. Maybe So is right, it is a wonderful facility. I have a 4 month old boy and they will watch him for 2 hours a day which is long enough for my work-out. My boyfriend and I can play racketball and basketball all we want, all long as there's not any classes going on, but you can reserve the courts. There is a great weight room that has everything that you need. Hope you find a good place.

I just joined a Lifetime Fitness and LOVE it!! It's ~$100 for me, husband and daughter. They have free babysitting for up to 2 hours, group classes with yoga and pilates, fantastic swimming pools (indoor and out), a cafe to grab a bite to eat, mine has a salon/spa with massage, top of the line work out equipment, basketballs courts, and rockwall climbing. I know there's one in Sugar Land, but I am not sure what all they offer. Here's their website...looks like the offer everything mine does.

Depend on how old your kid is they offer summer camps as well. And they offer Parents night out periodically.

Lifetime Fitness is way nicer than any YMCA that I've ever visited, and I've been in a lot of them. Lifetime Fitness does have locations in both the places mentioned by the OP...the one in Katy is in Cinco Ranch and the one in Sugar Land is on Highway 6.
