Cool Parents of Special Needs Kids--Please Share Your Knowledge About Great Summer Happenings

I just had to share a few of things I know about, it would be great if we could get a good list going!

Memorial Drive United Methodist Church (77079) is hosting Super Summer Wednesdays! It's for special needs kids, and it's once a week, every Wednesday from 9AM to 2PM for 5 weeks. It starts June 10 and ends July 8. If you have an NT sibling, there's VBS and MDO there as well, but the Super Summer Wednesdays are FREE. That's right--FREE. You do not have to be a member of MDUMC to register for this program!

Chapelwood United Methodist Church is hosting Super Place Camp this year in partnership with several other churches in the area (77024). It costs between $75 and $100 per child and lasts one week from August 3-7, from 9am to 12:30pm.

The YMCA of Greater Houston provides private swimming lessons for children with autism.
