Perry Home in Pine Mill Ranch
I'm thinking about buying a Perry Home in Pine Mill Ranch. Does anybody have any advice or guidance or the neighborhood or the builder? I'm looking for a home in the $200K range.

I have owned a Perry home for 5 years now and have had no issues with it. Perry is a good builder.

We just bought a Perry home in Pine Mill Ranch (though we don't move in until June) from what I saw their construction is sound and they use good products. We just got our inspection done and no big issues.

Who did you use for your inspection? I am looking to move into the neighbor myself and am looking at the NewMark builder. Anyone have any experience with NewMark?

NewMark is another good builder. Move in with confidence that you have picked a winner. The reason I know this is I sell to new home owners the monitoring of their Alarm systems and have been in tons of Perry, and NewMark homes. Remember though, you have the right to chose who monitors your alarm system. Not all companies are the same.

You may want to get up to speed on the current status of Newmark Homes.
......and I'm not referring to old news.

Could you please be a little more specific on what you are implying?

That report is from Jan 2008. Is there something more current?

The same thing is happening to development I'm living in. Newmark just finished their model about less then 7 months ago...now it's on sale. I asked around and was told they are pulling out of Texas.
