think hispanics is everywhere, inside or outside the loop. you're talking about houston, one of the most hispanic populated city in the US

asian-- mostly vietnamnese and indians, along the 59 to southwest area extending to sugarland where the population density is also more populated too.

I would say a huge concentration of asian/hispanic businesses & families would be around bellaire/alief (SW) areas.

Default Asians

there are two "China towns " in Houston .. One downtown (lot livable for families) and one in Sharpstown/alief. Sugarland has a large asian population this includes many asian communities..... IN all honesty... the asian just live all over town where they like the neighborhood for their own personal likes. We have a mini Indian community near Hillcroft .... Gosh...most of these are businesses... I have to say.. asians live all over...we have about 4 asian families in our neighborhood.

Please allow me to rephrase it; when I said "Asian", I meant East Asians (Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans) and maybe also South East Asians, but not South Asians (Indians, Pakistanians, etc.)

Chinese/Vietnamese are investing heavily in the far West, southwest part of town near the Beltway and Bellaire. Investing in businesses and hotels.

I wouldn't say Sharpstown is safe. There are a couple of good areas in north alief area closer to Richmand. But if you go south of Richmand (outside the beltway) you might run into areas with alot of gang activity. You just have to drive around and scope out the area before you invest in a house.

good luck

Southwest Houston is where most of the Asians live. Also areas west like Katy.
