Thumbs down Any good ISPs Other Than Comcast & AT&T

Any other good ISPs here in Houston on the soutwest side Comcamst 250gb usage limit is just pain dumb & AT&T is way to slow for the price so which other ISPs do you recommond

and Comcast - I dropped them when they said I my cable modem was going to be $50.

I am just waiting for the cable bill to go over $100 (it's at $95 for the same service that I had with TW for $70) then I am switching to satellite.

I use DISH for tv and dsl for internet thru Embarq but I think they only service NE Houston area.
