Hello I need a rental property in Bay City, hoping for townhouse or house, rent to own, or straight rent. Any help would be appreciated.

Click Maps up top and it'll show you locations.

Bay City's a blue collar town with tenuous ties to the Houston metropolitan area - it hasn't been growing in population the same way. You won't find as much new housing or developments there like you will see closer to Houston.
