We have friends in Magnolia Creek and they love it. Just be sure not to overspend because there are so many houses for sale around there.

Magnolia Creek is a nice community with plenty of avid golfers. Magnolia Golf links was recently changed to a private membership course. All in all a great place to live in League City. [SIZE=3][/SIZE]

You can't go wrong with any one of these the only one I'm not to sure of is Oak creek but the rest.
