Tricon has been developing within the inner loop and has several decent communities. One of my clients bought out towards Washington Ave and is happy with the final product. The area in the Warehouse District is changing and is under going revitalization at the moment. Just up the street on Canal Rd you can see the transition from old to new. Several multifamily apartment communities have gone up on this street. Th Warehouse District still has it good and bad pockets, but overall it is moving towards change.
