We moved to Houston in the mid 70's. Parents rented an apartment in the Heights (77009). I attended Travis El, the site of the swine flu outbreak this week . Back then, Travis was celebrating its 50th anniversary.

Then we moved out to "the country" -- 290 Bingle area off of 290 (77040). Bingle was a 2-lane road back then, and Inwood Forest was hot. Lived in the area through HS and college.

Got married, moved inside loop (77005), and have been here ever since .
