Default Telfair vs. Riverstone

Is Telfair better than Riverstone community?

I realized that Riverstone is sometimes marketed as Missouri City, TX 77479, and also as Sugar Land TX. Why is that?

Thanks.

Both have there own personal charm. Telfair is closer to 59,6,90,99.
Riverstone is closer to FB toll road. Go look at both.
I live in Telfair because it is very close to work for me.

The first phase of Riverstone was on the Missouri City side. the current and larger phase is on the Sugar Land/Missouri City ETJ. However, all the new houses have Sugar Land addresses.

You have this neat loop from one end to the other filled with MPC's:
From 99, you can go through New Territory, Telfair, Avalon, Commonwealth, Sweetwater, then Riverstone...and in the future a way through to Sienna Plantation.

Riverstone is alot prettier and has MORE amenties for home owners then Telfair.Telfair has a cemetary that is really close to it, and the airport is close causing alot of noice from planes. Also some areas of Riverstone are zoned to the same schools as Avalon and Commenwealth, WOW!! Riverstone is better for sure

There is a small road in the back called Thompsons Ferry Landing that connects to Sienna near Elkins High School.

99 also gives you access to Royal Lakes Estates. This is a beautiful MPC on large lots. Best kept secret in Fort Bend County.

Riverstone School zoning to exemplery first colony schools is definitely not going to be permanent. Once the builder successfully sells all the homes, School situation will b different. Anyway telfair is all sold out now even for much higher price than riverstone. I think it's b'coz location matters.

None of the school situations around here are "permanent." We are in Riverstone. Two of my kids are at Commonwealth, and my third will start there in 2014. We love it here, and the location is great.

I am responding to the WOW! Commonwealth Avalon school comment of previous poster. Location in Riverstone might b great if it works for you, but technically proximity wise, still telfair is better location.demand speaks for itself.

Riverstone builders recently jacked up the housing prices. Telfair has always been expensive.
