Default Apartments Richmond, Katy or Sugar Land area

I'm considering a job opportunity in Richmond and would like to get an idea of my budget. Could someone give me information on nice apartment communities in the Richmond, Katy or Sugar Land areas? I'm a single 33 year old female who enjoys running and biking, so I would like safe, nice areas for those activities. Also, 2 bedrooms under $1000 if possible.

Thanks for your help

Look down Mason Rd. south of I-10 on down in Cinco Ranch. Ashley House Apartments. I lived there and they are very nice. It's just a short hope over to 00 to head south to Richmond. The West Park toll way is just south of there also. In that area there are also a lot of other apartment complexes that are just as nice.

There is an apartment complex off of Williams Way Blvd exit across from those million $ homes(Sovereign Estates) heading towards Rosenberg off of 59s.

As JamesLang mentioned, there are some nice apartment complexes off Williams Way and 59 called The Reserve at River Park West and Villas at River Park West, which are in Richmond but are a stone's throw away from 59 so you can quickly get to HEB, Sugar Land and Brazos Town Center/Commons for dining and shopping. If you sign a lease of at least 1 year (I think it's 13 months), you should be able to stay under $1000. PM me if you would like more details.
