Fair enough. I was looking at the one where you compared 77060 with 77084.

And Southeast Houston is a quadrant of the city, strictly speaking.

I have never seen a Target that's not nice/safe. But I don't think it's limited to the wal marts/ targets anyway.

What about the one near Reliant? I get told of how scary and dangerous it is around here all the time.

I'd say the worst area is in the Smiley/North Forest area of town. The schools are bad and there is a large amount of gang activity.

Hell, there are gangs everywhere these days.

That store was pretty decent even in 2003.

The one by Almeda Mall isn't great. Poor customer service and it's not a Super Target.

Good ol' Crackhouse patio. I lived right across the street in Rainy Ghettos around the same time. Drugs all over the place. I dreaded having to catch the 163 back home late at night. 2 convenience store clerks at the Phillips 66 murdered. Apartment broken into. It was something else.

The rough areas that I know of are 5th ward, kashmere/trinity gardens, denver harbor, alief, gunspoint and sure there are several more. They all are pretty bad but as the worst that is subjective. Either an area is rough and dangerous or not.
