Boy, no kidding, Mom2Feebs....I've been trying (sometimes unsuccessfully) to not be a stress-case since we put our home on the market May 3.....

We did have to make a couple of "small" concessions....nothing major...close enough for this psycho CA housing market.....but at the end of the day, the numbers "cranked out" as we needed them to.....also time frames for TX tenant notice, job notice, etc...
So it's all good !  |
