Does anyone have any insight on Riata Ranch? We found a house that we like and would love any comments anyone has. We have two boys 8 &10 and are hoping for plenty of kids around for them. I know it's not the size of Cinco so we may not have any neighborhood activities that are planned like somewhere that size, but we also weren't crazy about how big Cinco is. Any insight, positive or not is greatly appreciated.

When my parents and I were looking at a new DR Horton home at Riata Ranch 5 years ago, that house we looked at had its back porch door broken into the glass broken and the back door stolen. When my dad asked the sales rep why the glass shards were there, he replied some neighborhood kids came in and stole the back door.

That house was near one of the main roads though.

Thoughts on Riata Ranch: I'm a Realtor and I live in Riata Ranch. I enjoy the neighborhood very much and of course the location is wonderful. We've been here for 9 years and find the price for the value excellent. Hope you decide to buy here.
