Just vacuum it up when you're done with the project. And wear safty googles so it doesn't get in your eyes.

I live in a really nice apartment complex on Sawdust Rd. How do you concider the Sawdust area a slum? A slum is a run-down area of a city characterized by substandard housing and squalor and lacking in tenure security; sometimes also refered to as a shanty town, favela, skid row, barrio, ghetto and "The Hood." Do you REALLY think this accurately describes the Sawdsut area of The Woodlands?

I am not assigned to any project. I don't work for the city.

I really have a hard time defining the Sawdust area as anything negative. Yes, there is an area near the freeway that has more crime and lower income families, yet very far from a slum. I know people who would love to live in that area and I know people who have businesses there. It is not The Woodlands but has close access to the amenities of The Woodlands.

lol! You got it!

Businesses are all over The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring and Conroe - definitely not limited to The Woodlands Mall area. And its building up every day. From even 3 years ago until now, its changed drastically.

Have lived in The Woodlands MPC (master planned community) for 11 years. Used to be a nice place until the developer got out of control. Now bulldozing trees for excessive commercial development, sometimes right next to houses. Montgomery County Tax Assessor milks The Woodlands and county govt gives the money to other parts of the county. Property taxes are outrageous and county services are poor, unless you like speed traps and red light cameras set up all over the place to extract yet more money from the residents. The Township Board is in the pocket of the developer. Beware before you move here, in terms of making sure your house is completely surrounded by other houses. Otherwise, this developer might build a nuclear waste processing plant next to your house.
