I also think it's Pearland. Everytime I go I always see what seems to be an equal measure of racial harmony, more so than Sugar Land or Mo. City. Does anyone have any demographics statitics on Pearland?

Not sure what the statistics may suggest, but I would almost bet money that Missouri City has a more diverse demographic than either Sugar Land or Pearland.
Edit: If nobody checks/confirms this by later this evening when I have more time then I will go ahead and do it.

Well, according to the stats at this link:
Pearland Economic Development Corporation: Demographics
those of us who said Pearland is diverse are wrong. However, I question that 74.7% white statistic. In fact I am quite skeptical of it. I do realize the east (older) side of Pearland is predominantly caucasian, but the west side of Pearland, where all the growth has been coming in the last years, is extremely diverse.

Well you got to understand that lots of people in the Houston area commute to Pearland as well, it's probably one of the most accessible suburbs from Houston.
The area also seemed to me to have a much bigger African American population, but it seems I was wrong lol

Well, one thing that comes to mind is that the actual Pearland city limits do not include major parts of the Silverlake subdivision, and some others, which are known to be extremely diverse communities. So those residents would be excluded from the statistics. Pearland itself has some really strange city limit boundaries, which is why the population estimates don't really reflect the volume of people living in the area. Just my opinion.
