I'd guess one not mentioned yet: Mission Bend. Not sure if it's technically a town though. I can drive up there and find almost any category of restaurant imaginable.

The last time I checked Houston was like 41% white, 37% hispanic.... or something like that. That was the data of 06. The new updated data dosen't seem correct. I don't want to believe it has changed so much in 2 years.
