It's no surprise that no one is bringing up areas like South Park, Sunnyside, Acres Homes or Broadway/Park Place/Hobby/South Houston. Most sections in those areas are about as homogeneously black or Mexican as the Woodlands or Friendswood is white.

Actually it's neither. It's north of Sugar Land, west of Alief, and southwest of south Katy. Near the Westpark Toll and Hwy 6.

If that's the case, I'd have to change my answer. I took "most diverse" to mean the greatest number of different ethnicities (whites, asians, blacks, hispanics, mixed etc.) in one area. I wouldn't consider a non-white area with just a few minority groups to be very diverse.
