Well for internet I would say Comcast for me is all I can get, but I would leave them in a heartbeat for Verizon or AT&T DSL.

AT&T for DSL, Comcast for cable-based internet. Maybe Verizon if they serve your area. That's about it, no real choice or competition as they service the lines regardless of you use.

ATT is slow Comcast is fast Verizon super faster you can only get it if you live in a newer area I would go with Verizon but I live in a older area close to the loop

Depends on where you're living. Where I live, Comcast is the only option because that's what wired out here.
