Awesome. I really do enjoy having my premiums jacked up every six months thanks in part to people who leave their stuff in the car to get stolen only to file claims, and increasing the burglary rate and encouraging more crime. Thanks, buddy.

Every run down neighborhood has correlation to price. I moved to Houston in 1980 and have seen several neighborhoods/areas go down because of lower rent. Apartments especially that went bust had to lower rent to make a buck.

I'm not saying everyone who pays low rent is trouble, maybe that is what you meant to convey? But for sure, once apartments lowered their standards and allowed anyone breathing who could make rent live there, well, down went the neighboorhood as they say.

It is not only apartments, but residential homes too where cookie-cutter houses were had for next to nothing. And that is what many of the people moved in had, nothing. So they want something, and they get it from their neighbors.

This is why I moved out of Houston years ago for the tranquility of Katy, far West Katy where on one end of the street are horses, and the other cattle! Also, I don't know any neighbor who does not own a gun. The commute into town used to suck, now it is just long.

What do you consider a long commute? An hour each way? Just wondering.

Was your rent required to be paid by money order?

True so it is a lose-lose situation. They get you somehow.

What part is West Katy?

They also stare at you when you walk by.
I see that alot here in Cali low income with no jobs getting the welfare check. I hate the stares I know what you mean it's as if you're the weird one and instead of going on talking to each other as you pass by and saying hello they pause to stare at you. Cretans!

Hey, I work hard to cash my welfare check. I have to ride the bus all the way to the check cashing place, transferring twice. A lesser man would stop at one transfer.
