Default Can anyone recommend a good SAT prep course in Sugar Land?

I have decided to enroll my daughter in a program before she writes her SAT. There are several different options, and since the are running around $500-600, I want to ensure I pick the right one.

Thanks in advance.

Can't recommend any SAT courses, but I did use Test Masters (on Corporate Drive in Stafford) for my professional engineer exam prep and they were quite good.

I get fliers from Test Masters all the time....Before sinking that amount of money into a program, I want to make sure they are legit.

I know when I was in highschool, they took us to a local university for an all-day SAT prep class.

You might want to see if your child's high school offers the same thing before plunking down money.

Back in the day when I was a Rice U student (in the 1990s), I taught SAT for Princeton Review and absolutely loved my job and working with the kids.

I think Princeton Review has gone more corporate so I don't know if it's the same kind of experience, but I can tell you that we were usually able to help the kids raise their math and verbal scores about 100 points. My fellow teachers were mostly Rice students, and friendly, intelligent people who were good with students. There was a rigorous training process and we knew what we were doing by the time we got going.
