I agree that hot dogs are the best at a game, however, it always seems like each ball park has one specialty item. That's what I was really looking for. Does Minute Maid have a specialty item you can't buy regularly at other places?
A couple of the places I listed have the BBQ potatoes. I'm not sure if there is a specialty - maybe call or email Minute Maid park if no one hear knows.

Unlikely that you'll get in with your own food though.

Dreyer's?!? Are you serious? How does that make sense? Where is the Blue Bell?

I do LOVE the chili cheese fries at the concession stands. Holey moley.

I bring my girls' juice boxes and snacks, and they check my bag. So far, no one has ever even questioned that at all, but it could be because it's pretty obvious it's kids' stuff.

Dreyer's?!

That's blasphemy in this part of Texas! That's like making Frito Pie with Hormel chili instead of Wolf Brand. That's like asking for a gordita at La Tapatia. That's like finding pulled pork but no brisket at a bbq joint in Schulenburg. That's like drinking a Heineken in Shiner, Texas.

As far as the food goes, I stick with the hot dogs. The rest of the food is waaay overpriced for such average fare. Then again, I'm the type who'd rather buy overpriced beer than overpriced food.
