Good Apartments in Webster
Anyone know of any good apartments, condos or townhouses in Webster? Perhaps someone you know lives in one and really likes it. I am particularly concerned with noise, parking and safety. A gated community would be ideal.

I know of none in Webster (that does not mean they are not there), but if your inclined to come a bit further into ClearLake, there are two sets worth looking into. One is Waterford Harbor apts., on Marina
Bay Blvd. We lived there while our house was being built...gated and pretty nice...and extremely safe. The other is also on Marina Bay...not as far South...I think they are called the Fairways...had a friend who lived in there and She thought it was nice. And again, safe. Also gated.

Not many apartments I would choose to live at in Webster. I lived at South Shore Lakes in League City for about 3 years, and I found it to be the best for what you pay. Cheap apts - you will always be watching your back. Expensive apts - you will live paycheck to paycheck. These were a good middle ground, and they were clean and safe. Also look at Tranquility Lake condos next to Hidden Lakes Apts right on the edge of Webster. That's where we are now. They are a bit old and worn, but most of the people here are owners not renters, so they have a vested interest in the property. It is very well maintained, relatively inexpensive (compared to high end apts), boom boom noise is very rare in the complex, and it is safe. It is next to the water and patrolled by a small group of people friendly ducks. Also parking is reserved and there is a gate.

There is a nice looking apartment whose name escapes me over on HWY 3 and Pineloch. A classmate of mine lived there until he lost his job and they let him out of his lease. I don't remember him complaining about that complex, eitehr.

Anyone know anything about Village On The Lake? They didn't get great reviews on apartmentratings.com but you never know.
I will check on the others that you all recommended.

Yep, don't want cheap.....I will pay up to 1500.00 for a nice two bedroom. I just want manicured, safe and quiet if at all possible.

There are some kind of tucked away across from Clear Lake Hospital on Med Center Blvd - maybe Armand something but not sure - can't remember the name but they appear to be nice.

Pretty sure Park @ Armand Bayou is in Pasadena.
Unincorporated Webster (zip 77598) runs up the west side of Hwy 3 all the way to the DPS office near Ellington Field.
In Webster proper one nice-looking one I can think of is Seven Palms off Texas Avenue. And those off Medical Center between Hwy 3 and El Camino Real look nice but I think being east of Hwy 3 puts you in Clear Lake (Houston).

Yeah Park at Armand Bayou is in Pasadena City limits - but it may as well be Clear Lake (as far as proximity to the area, etc). I know the person is looking for Webster but everything in that area is so close together that unless you have a real need to be there - walking to work nearby, etc. it's kind of all the same area.
