Default Cinco Ranch I and Cinco Ranch II - 2010 shared use
Does anyone know if in 2010 we can still share facilities? I sure hope so. I have been hearing from neighbors that in 2010 Cinco I and Cinco II may stop sharing facilities.

I love using all facilities and find good things about I and II. I know they are starting seperate websites on September 1st 2009. This may be the first sign of seperate facilities as well.

What have you heard?

I haven't heard anything about it. I sincerely doubt that we won't be able to share facilities...people would protest that like crazy.

I just called yesterday and she said we share. Hope it continues. We bought our new home and will be there soon. Maybe you can call the HOA for both and see if you find anything different.

Hello Andrew,

The shared use agreement between Cinco I and Cinco II has been signed again to last until December 31, 2013. So any Cinco Ranch resident will be able to use any Cinco Ranch amenity through 2013. At that time the boards will re-negotiate the contract. If you need anything else please let me know.
