Relocating to Houston in December to work at The Medical Center. Everything seems to be falling into place except for my housing. I have tried HAR but those agents don't return calls or emails. No wonder some of those listings have been listed for so long. One has even been listed for over a year. I tried getting an agent to help me but they are just as bad as the listing agents in returning calls. Here is what I am looking for:

4+ bedrooms
2.5+ baths
3000+ sq ft
In Sienna or Shadow Creek but will consider other subdivision close by to those two.
Less than 5 years old or recently updated (no wallpaper or owner will let me paint over or remove the wall paper)
Zoned to great elementary school.
Up to $2500/mth (less for smaller home, more for larger home)
Possibility of leasing for 2-3 years

Can I get some help please. I know December is some months away but I hope to make a deposit and secure a place within the next month or two. If there is a seller that would be willing to lease their home until the market picks up, that would be great also.

Check out Silvercreek in Manvel (77578). You may miss it since it is not Pearland, but is right next to Southern Ford in Silverlake. It is a great community, easy access to 288 right off of CR59/Southfork, and was easily my favorite neighberhood off of 288 for a Med Center commute. We just moved from that subdivision due to work reasons, but previously had looked to buy in that community.
