Default Arriving in Port Arthur, TX?

Hey all,
I'm from San Diego and will be visiting friends near Port Arthur, TX.
If I fly to Houston first, is there like a regional airport near Port Arthur that has flights coming from Houston? Or do I just have to drive a car from Houston to get to Port Arthur?
Any comments are appreciated. Thanks

I think you have to drive from Houston. Try flying into Hobby vs Bush that will save you 45 mins drive time.

Lake Charles is closer to Port Arthur vs Houston (60 vs 90 miles).

Southeast Texas Regional Airport (BPT) is smack between Beaumont and Port Arthur, and may have turbo-prop flights arriving from Lake Charles (LCH).

Continental might fly from IAH to BPT as well.

Something to look into, but might be expensive vs renting a car and driving. Just throwing out ideas since I work in the area.

Fly into Hobby and drive, it will be cheaper than flying into Jefferson County airport.
