Hi everyone,
Just moved into my new house in Cinco Ranch and there is an existing working security system here. Need to choose a home security service provider. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Also ask if the company that install your system is the same company that will monitor it..some companies will install n then someone else will monitor the systm..i recently signed up with Broadview Security also known as Brinks. N well they made me feel comfortable they do not hire anyone with a criminial history and they monitor everything themselves..thats one thing I wuld look at ..even though it does have a 3 yr contract I didnt mind that too much..but I dont want a company that will contract their work to 3rd party companies...just my opinion..

Default Home security?

We have an alarm system but cant use it because of the cats. I get a bit scared sometimes because I feel we don't have enough security if someone came with a gun. We are thinking of installing a sensor light but are there any other suggestions to make your home safer?

What do you mean you can't use it because of the cats?

Another vote for Smith. Used them on a number of homes, and using them now. Great value. Allowed me to eliminate my overpriced home phone.

A rottweiler and I mean it. By the time you get an alarm installed, hook it up to the agent and the cops, set it off by accident several times and then get cancelled and fined, you could have three real nice burglar chewers.
