Here I go again. I feel buses should join Down town, with Schools, shopping centers, churches, post office, medical centers, and any other locations that people may need to visit to take care of business. The routes should be like spokes of a wheel, with down town as the hub. I'm not sure how, or when the present Routes were established, but they may need some looking into. the City lay out has changed through the years. ---The few times I have ridden the bus in the last few years, it seems their routes seem to be laid out with no particular destinations in mind. They roam through Neighborhoods, picking up the odd passenger here and there. But their routes seem almost random. I have to ride two buses, just to get to Down town, which is only a couple of miles away. And the first one, actually heads away from town first. The West bound bus, which should take me West, instead turns South, and ends up at the medical center. Which is cool, if that is where I need to go. But not if I actually want to head west. I understand no buses will satisfy everyone's destination needs. And we can't expect door to door service. but to tie in major "Centers" doesn't seem to much to ask.
