Open Table foodies name Houston's t'afia as one of nation's best - Houston Chronicle
Chef Monica Pope's t'afia was named one of 50 Restaurants Fit for Foodies in Open Table's 2009 Diners' Choice Awards, announced Friday. Open Table compiled the list of top foodie restaurants from more than 3 million user reviews submitted for nearly 10,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Good for her, I think she helped set up a farmers market near there as well. Shes involved with the Beaver Bar as well...excellent cocktails.
