Default wedding reception in houston

Well, so much for my wedding planning in Galveston as I see the weather for end of March will be in the low 60's. I was hoping to have my reception on a yacht, but I think it will be too cold. There's also no point in having my guests fly in from out of town (as the majority of my guests will be doing) to travel 45 minutes to Galveston, and not even be able to go on the beach.
So once again, does anyone have any suggestions for wedding receptions in Houston? I am scouring the internet, but would love any local advice. I want something different, not just an ordinary hotel wedding reception (obviously an outdoor reception is out of the picture). Unfortunately I think that's what I might end up planning, so any advice is appreciated.

Indian Summer Lodge in the Heights. The online pics don't do it justice. It's gorgeous.

And don't base too much off of thinking it will be in the low 60s in March. The weather is just too unpredictable here.

My friend had a beautiful wedding reception at the Cohen House on the Rice University campus. It was just lovely and a pretty setting too. Rice University Faculty Club

I also like La Colombe d'Or mansion. It has only six rooms so maybe you could rent out the entire place. Went to a private party with my friend which was excellent: Welcome to La Colombe d'Or Mansion - Houston, Texas

Good luck!
