wedding venues in the clear lake area
looking for a nice wedding venue for my daughters wedding in the clear lake/league city/kemah area. I saw a web site for "The Admiral". Anyone used that. Looks nice. Also saw a site for centurion Palace which looked nice. Know of any others, or anything about these?

Hilton maybe. Has to be able to accomodate at least 200-250 for wedding and reception. Something that could accomodate the service and then a reception afterwards. Those restuarants would be too small and not private enough. But thanks for answering.

League City is somewhat known for their wedding venues ... they have several that are beautiful. You could probably google League City and Weddings and get a listing.

I have Texas. The first two I mentioned in the original post come up the most. There is one other one that comes up, but would be too small for this wedding unfortuanately. We are going to go take a look at those two for sure. Thanks.

You may want to check out Sundance Grill II at Waterford Harbor. I have done weddings there and Hans should be able to accomodate that size group....place outdoors for wedding as well...and great spots all over the marina for pictures...Great food too...at reasonable prices...

Butlers Courtyard in League City. Helen's Gardens is beautiful for an outdoor wedding.

We are also going to check out Butler's Courtyard, Texas!
Iamintexas, where is the Sundance Grill? Waterford Harbor? Is it a large subdivision in league city?

Sundance II is in the marina at Waterford Harbor. Waterford is a gated subdivision...but the restaurant is not part of it. I'm not sure it is what you are looking for:

Quick update. We HAVE a venue! We checked out 5. Decided on Centurion Palace is a Full Service Wedding and Reception Facility It's perfect, the price is right, people are great, and my daughter is excited! Perfect! It's a full service venue. Everything included, except the photographer and flowers. You don't need many flowers either. Outside garden courtyard with fountains and wired gazebo with white lights. Beautiful. Inside is VERY nice too. We are looking forward to a worry free, fun filled night!   |
