Default Buying Experience:David Weekly Home in Cinco Ranch

If anyone have experience in buying a David Weekly Home in Cinco Ranch recently, please share your experience here. I would like to know the best offer you got (discount in terms of % from the advertised price after the negotiation) and the overall experience. I am interested in the Kelso plan. Any valuable input will be appreciated.

Are you purchasing inventory or building from scratch? This is very important.

Yes, if you buy inventory, the builder is more willing to negotiate on the price, also ask them to pay for owners title policy, survey, a good chunk of buyer's closing costs. Good choice, David weekly is a good builder.

I was interested in buying a plan from David Weekley. One thing i did not like about them was they just don't negotiate on price, but are happy to offer some free upgrades. good luck.
