I recently got a ticket for a rolling stop at a stop sign in sugar land. this is my first offence and I am thinking about fighting it at least to try get the points from being put on my licence. Does anybody know can i take the defensive driving class instead of dropping the points? Any body in a similar situation know how much the fine would it be? Thanks for the help.

With the shortage of good Police officers, I'm glad to see them making such good use of their valuable yet limited resources.
