Too humid for snow. Sleet maybe, freezing rain, probably. By any real definition of snow, no.

Last year when the snow fell, it was very dry prior to the front coming in. We're just too wet right now to get anything resembling flakes.

Was 2004 the year people built snowmen on the beach? That was a sight!

Last year the farther east you went, the more snow fell. West of downtown didn't get any to speak of, Clear Lake got about 1 inch, Baytown 3-4 inches, Beaumont 6 inches. The farther east you go through this part of the state, the wetter and more humid (and cooler) it is. The difference is slight but made all the difference for last year's freak event.

It was.

Some snow would put a little flair into the tree lighting at City Hall on Friday, not that anyone should get their hopes up too much about it.

I'll tell you one thing - if anything frozen's coming out of the sky I am not getting in the car for any reason.

Hmm...I wouldn't know anything about the weather down there now, since I didn't come back down for Thanksgiving. It would be very strange though, especially since we haven't had any snow in New England yet (or at least not in Boston). If it does, take pictures though!

It was fun when it snowed for a little while last year. I was working and our manager let us go outside and play! LOL!

I'm with you! I love it. It's a nice change from our average temps.

Just something else to look forward to.
