Default Car window tinting?

just moved to houston and boy do i need my car windows tinted! ive been driving around and have seen a lot of cars with pretty bad tinting jobs (ie the tinting starts to bubble and doesnt lie flat on the window) which i want to avoid.

can anyone recommend a good place for tinting: decent price, decent quality (i'd rather hear from someone who has had the tinting for more than a year to see how the tinting stands up over time)?

Since the mid 80's every car that I've owned I have had the windows tinted. I have owned many for over 5 years and never had a problem. If the car is fairly new (4years or younger) call the local service dept at a dealership and inquire about the price and warranty. Most send them out so it may be a markup or not (depending on whether or not they get a discount). Or you can ask them who they use and recommend. Another place to call is a reputable body shop. Most of these places all have a place they prefer to use because of reliability. I've never had any bubble up or start to peel. I think the ones that do that try to find the cheapest job they can find or they have a diy job (diy = do it yourself).

Formula One tint is the best in the industry. Expensive - but worth every penny.

Lots of those bubbled tints are do-it-yourselfers!!!! I've used hurricane glass to tint 4 different vehicles, never a one bubbled or peeled.
