So regulations are good when they work in your favor, but bad when anyone else uses them. I'm starting to see how the right wing brain works.

I'd give up mine! I live in Katy, by the way. I guess you all are going to have to wait a little longer for your new favorite stores to open up, unless they hire all teenagers.

Katy, Katy, it's a hell of a town
If you are poor, you best not come around.
Unless you play football, you should move here
Where cheerleader's feet are duct taped to their ears

Missouri City's average household income is probably more than 20,000 a year higher than Katy's. So is that the issue? Katy doesn't want to be further behind than Missouri City in this category.

Since I live in the unincorporated area of Harris co.(Katy area), I'd like to see how my zip code(77494) stacks up against Mo.City....

Average House Value: $167,700
Average Annual Household Income: $92,362
Businesses: 472
Employees: 6,311
Annual Payroll: $156,633,000

Why not pick a random zip code for Missouri City and do the same thing? How are you going to compare a city to one zip code in an unincorporated part of Harris County? And how will Katy turn into Alief from this low-income complex? There is too much "nice" in the area for that to happen.
