What's your price range? It could be tough because those 2 areas are in different parts of town.

Whose job would you rather be close to?

Ok, if you really want a large home. You should look into Sugarland or Katy area. The commute will be very long to 77015, but traffic shouldn't be bad after you pass downtown on I-10. You could also try a little more south to Pearland or Sienna Plantation(Missouri City) and make the commute a little shorter to 77015 and just a tad longer to the 77027.

If you can sacrifice size, you could also look into Spring Branch, Western portions of Memorial, some of the Heights, and maybe some of Meyerland or even some of the Braes areas in 77025.

Try Shadow Creek, Silverlake, Silvercreek, and Southern Trails. All within 1 mile or less from 288 and within 2 miles from the Beltway.

Isn't Shadow Creek next to the landfill? Don't think we want to risk buying there...does it also impact Silverlake, Silvercreek, and Southern Trails?

Sugarland is a very bad idea if you have to commute to Jacintoport, that would be an hour plus on good days. Meyerland would be ok. Best commute would probably be from somewhere like the Heights or Timbergrove.
