First time in history I've ever stayed the same without a fight. Usually it's the full 10% jump, and sometimes plus improvements.

If you do fight it, DONT Use O'connor and Associates. The communication is horrid to non-existent. I had a horrible experience with them.

You need to tell us the percentage increase for anyone to make sense of your concern. $15k on a $100k assessed house is one thing. $15k on a million dollar house is another entirely.

I'm gearing up for a protest. Anybody have a good info bank for actual house sales prices, not just listing prices or new mortage originations which are everywhere online to the public?
