We still had swats when I was in high school, and I think that helped relieve some pent up teacher stress

The Chronicle comments are so stupid. Someone said the kids should also be charged for following authority so blindly (the kids watching). The Chron needs to end their comments section. Seriously.

That "teacher" should be fired for rough housing with a kid like that, even though it looks like they were mainly just joking around. If you pause the video at the very end when the lens swings around, you see two other adults in the room.

But again, if THAT is an educator, Im a rocket scientist. Lookin like a fool wich yo pants on the ground.

Horrible teacher + parent looking for a payday IMO

One word comes to mind: Ghetto.

I think mom might have an identity crisis, too.

Allegedly the kid has been a problem in the school and was doing something to a handicapped student. But me thinks the teacher over reacted and momma wants to get paid.

I agree that a couple swats when I went to school took care of many discipline problems.
