Agreed with Phoenicia. You can get Crunchies and Vimto there (Among other things) Also, there is a store near Rice University known as "British Isles" that has a lot of good stuff.

The downtown Spec's location is the one that provides the selection. It's on Smith Street. It has an amazing selection of wine, spirits and foods.
