That's great for Katy. But it's always been a good, solid district...even before the TAKS system.


I still really don't like the TAKS system used for creating these ratings.

It's like working on a crossword puzzle then claiming victory after one studied the upside down answers in the back of the book!

I was always amused (easily amused) by older people saying "when I was growing up....", but it's true... when I was growing up, we were graded on our comprehension, not on practicing a test.
