I never stopped at that one. I either got a burger at the In-n-Out on I-10 in Vegas, or stopped for a killer strawberry shake at The Mad Greek.

Chandler AZ - The last one on the way back to Houston just off the 10 Freeway.

Barstow CA- The busiest one & the best place to stop between SoCal and Vegas

Dallas TX - 2011 - Finally -- Looking forward to it
No love for the Sunset at Orange location in LA? There are a lot of tourists there, but the atmosphere, around Hollywood, is great.

If it's the one I'm thinking of next to Highland Blvd, on Sunset, done that one as well - after the 4th of July Fireworks show at the Hollywood Bowl a few years back - and yes great atmosphere.

Now if we can only get a Rubio's and Baja Fresh here in Houston - everything would just about feel right!

Don't forget to add Trader Joe's to the list. (yea, not fast food, but it's really the one store I most want here).

Oh, Rubio's...yummmmm...and TJ's. I, too, would sacrifice In-N-Out for a Trader Joe's. I wouldn't mind a Smart & Final either.

Never made it to The Mad Greek in Baker -- saw the half dozen billboards on the the way there - did the stretch, and gas up in Baker a dozen times. Always thought The Greek would be a Mojave version of Gyros and Falafel's ....when that big thermometer said 102' that killer strawberry shake would have hit the spot..

Why do we have Taco Bell and Taco Cabana but no other major Mexican chains (Taco Time, Del Taco, Taco Bueno, El Pollo Loco, Qdoba, etc)? Probably the same reason there's no Rubio's or Baja Fresh. I'd love to see a few Wienerschnitzel's too. James Coney Island is a ****-poor dog joint in my opinion.

I find the comparison between In-n-Out and Five Guys interesting, seeing as how INO has shakes and Five Guys doesn't.

Del Taco is coming to Texas. Denton. Much better than Taco Bell. You can't beat chicken soft tacos and fries!
